Extendable bracket for mounting electrical boxes, conduit, pipework and for fixing any cable containment behind a plasterboard / stud wall. 
Can be used in floor joists.
Can be fixed to metal or timber joists.
Expands from 16 to 24 inches (40-60cm)

Installation
Supplied in connected pairs, simply snap the brackets apart
The brackets can be expended to fit between studs that are 16-24 inches apart
Bend the bracket ends to fix onto the studs
